Who we are

This website is operated by Delta and Sierra Holdings, LLC, doing business as DASH Aero, of Orlando, Florida, United States. In this policy, "DASH Aero", "we" and "us" mean that company. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@dash-aero.com.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, your airline or company, your email address, and anything else you choose to give us: phone number, role, fleet and base, and your message. When a customer completes our satisfaction survey we receive their name, email, company and answers.

What your browser sends. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical information about requests to the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and whether forms are submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to do this. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share information for advertising.

Your choice about cookies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before any analytics cookie is set, and nothing is set unless they accept. Everyone can change their choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered in your browser for twelve months. That record is kept only so we do not ask you on every visit.

To provide services we have agreed with you or your organization.
To understand and improve the quality of our work and this website.
To keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our business, on the performance of a contract where one exists, and on your consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who handle information on our behalf: our website host, our email provider, and, where enabled, Google Analytics. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Some of these providers process information in the United States. Where information about people in the EEA or UK is transferred, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and survey information for as long as we need it to deal with the enquiry and to maintain normal business records, and then delete it. Analytics data is kept in aggregate for a limited period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. Email info@dash-aero.com and we will respond.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and hosted with a managed WordPress provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is for businesses in the aviation industry. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
